Senior Recruitment Manager - Associate Director

ExecutiveDNA is a fast growing executive search and consulting firm.  We want you to be part of our success.  As such, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager across Banking and Financial Services or Finance & Accounting to lead a capable team and grow the desk and business across APAC. 

We at ExecutiveDNA provide a strong nurturing environment to give you the tools and knowledge you need to develop your own business in line with your ambitions.  As Associate Director, you will bring value through your industry knowledge, networks as well as management and mentoring.   The successful candidate will service a portfolio of clients within the Financial Markets sector, inclusive of tier one global investment banks.  If you are from an F&A background, you will be able to assess the current business and drive accordingly. 

This role will also work closely with the other business leaders to drive the organizations growth globally and there will be opportunities to play a key role in this strategy.  Through giving you the support you need to become a strong and respected industry leader your options within the business will only be constrained by your own ambition. 

You will be a strong hunter and manager and be able to inspire your team through mentorship and leading from the front. 
  • Full lifecycle management of sales and recruitment process
  • Identify and develop and close client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Team management including driving analytics and assessment
  • Attract and manage candidates both for customers and internal inline with your teams growth
  • Provide excellent  relationship management/customer service for your customers
  • Be an SME to your clients and candidates
Desirable Skills
  • A minimum 3 years in a leadership function within a Recruitment business
  • Exemplary knowledge of your chosen field/sector 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Management of team size five and above
  • Strong business acumen
  • Structured approach to business
  • Ability to train employees in line with sales techniques
  • Strong management and mentoring capability
