Recruitment Coordinator

PERSONNA’s Recruitment team is looking for a service-focused and personable Coordinator.
If you are detail-oriented, independent, enjoy speaking with different people everyday and possess an unlimited desire to learn, YOU are the ONE we are seeking to contribute to our growing work.  
Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration and daily operational tasks, such as scheduling, entering data into our systems
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through job ad postings and relevant database searches
  • Provide support to the Consultants, including phone screening, arranging interviews and managing correspondences with external clients
  • Ideate and implement innovation in our recruitment process
This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills coupled with attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Strong inter-personal, oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, with a willingness and discipline to work in a flexible environment
  • Ability to balance workload, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
